RDC Contract Review, Fiscal Year 2004

This RDC contract review by the Office of Decision Support Systems includes elements in the ‘Data’ section of the Coordinated Planning Work Program (CPWP) contract.  In FY 2004 elements include input of comprehensive plans into PlanBuilder as well as Community Facility map and Land Use map updates.  The review also covers GIS elements in the Discretionary Work Program (DWP).  Please note that our contracts generally require that all DCA-funded projects involving GIS work, the RDC must also prepare and deliver GIS metadata to the client local government as well as to DCA. See Appendix A:1, bottom of page for contract deliverable schedule and details.  DCA Planners should forward maps and/or digital GIS deliverables to the Office of Decision Support Systems for review.
