September, 2007	Regional Development Centers and Census Bureau begin offering LUCA Technical Training to local governments. At least one training will be offered monthly in each RDC region.
September 5, 2007	CommunityViewer training for RDCs at DCA
September 18, 2007	CommunityViewer Web training for RDCs
November 19, 2007	Last day to register with a guarantee of 120 calendar days to complete review.
December 31, 2007	Last day to register to participate in LUCA.
January 5/6, 2008	CommunityViewer Web training for RDCs
February 28/29, 2008	CommunityViewer training for RDCs at DCA
February 29, 2008	ESRI Census tools training for RDCs at DCA
April 4, 2008	Cut-off date for postmarks on returning LUCA packages with a guarantee of processing by the US Census Bureau.
