LUCA Reports for Regional Development Centers

 

RDCs are required under the LUCA portion of their FY 2008 contract with the Department of Community Affairs to report weekly on their LUCA assistance activities.

   

On this page use the secure login and password for your RDC that you typically use on our FTP server at GeorgiaPlanning.com

 

The next page (after successful login) will present a list of those who have registered for LUCA assistance. Although multiple entries for a local government will appear in the listing, you are only required to submit a single report for any local government during a week when assistance was provided. (Assistance includes communication to coordinate the LUCA review as well as technical assistance rendered with maps and data for the actual LUCA review.)

 

Selecting one of the local governments in the listing will present a new page with a listing of any previous reports you made and a report form for the current report. New questions will be added to the form periodically during the LUCA program period, so in coming weeks and months as you proceed through the LUCA review period answer the new questions as appropriate for this particular local government.
