plan development environment has been discontinued. If you are an existing PlanBuilder user and have questions regarding the plans
archived and published with PlanBuilder, please

With
the introduction of new simplified planning requirements that became
effective May 1, 2005, DCA will be developing new
planning tools to assist you in the development of comprehensive plans. One
example of this is the simple Microsoft WORD template, based on the new
rules, which you may download:

Use
of this template will enable us to quickly load your approved plan into the
Georgia Comprehensive Plan archive available on this Web site.
