Local governments listed in this column are not in compliance with DCA's Comprehensive Planning Minimum Planning Standards and Procedures, which require maintenance of an up-to-date approved Comprehensive Plan and establishment of regulations consistent with the approved Comprehensive Plan. As a result, they have lost their Qualified Local Government (QLG) status and are therefore ineligible to receive funding from DCA, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority (GEFA) or the OneGeorgia Authority. Local governments listed in this column are not in compliance with DCA's Solid Waste Management Minimum Planning Standards and Procedures, which require each local government to have or be a part of an up-to-date and approved solid waste management plan. Therefore, they are ineligible for Solid Waste grants, loans and permits. Local governments listed in this column are not in compliance with House Bill 489 (the Service Delivery Strategy Law) which requires that each local government have a DCA verified Service Delivery Strategy. Local governments not in compliance with Service Delivery requirements are not eligible for state administered financial assistance, grants, loans or permits.
